Try to open settings window and select to_date function from "Apply date conversion function" drop-down menu.
Of course, you should correct date and/or time format if necessary. The predefined format is 'YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS'

When I try to migrate the same table to Oracle it retrieves:

ORA-01861: literal does not match format string

Please help.
