Nick, possible you should just cut .000 by some substring function like 'Left'?
I think time in required format has fixed length before milliseconds.

No. We offer multivendor tools but date format conversion seems database-depended.

I will give that a try, I'm thinking it will work it will output the format as text of course, but I should be able to convert it back to time during the import...Thanks!
