What is the simplest way to add my own list to the library and share it with my team?

Depends on what you call simple and what you want to achieve with the list.

You could create the list in the library using SQLite3 (tutorialspoint.com/sqlite/sqlite_create_table.htm). Using the $Lib(NameOfTheTable)
Then share the db with your colleagues.

Or you could aswell use a .txt file with the list in it. Using $File(PathOfTheTxt)
Then share the .txt with your colleagues.

Lara, if you have enterprise license of DTM Data Generator the simplest way is to use Value Library Manager (SQLedit.com/dg/help/libmanager.html).
This software helps you to append set of values to existing list, drop the set or create a new one.

Otherwise, please refer to previous answer by Fredii.
