Hello,

Could you please, answer on question: it it possible for XML generator create 2 Xml's with different structure but with relations in variables for generation? :roll:

Maxim,

The requirement is not so clear for us.
If you just need to add same ID in both documents you should use the same source like file or database table or sequence.
Otherwise please describe your needs in more details.

I meant that generate inside of one project something like

XML - 1
<items>
<item>generatedId#1</item>
<item>generatedId#2</item>
...
</items>

XML - 2
<descriptions>
<description>
<id>generatedId#1</id>
<text>generated text</text>
</description>
<description>
<id>generatedId#2</id>
<text>generated text</text>
...
</description>
</descriptions>

Maxim, once again. You can do that.
But the solution depends on how you want to create your IDs.
1) You can use same sequence like auto incremental value for both XML.
2) You can use text file or database table with predefined set of values.
etc.

There is more complex case. The pattern engine has $XML function that extracts set of value from some document using path (like //common/info/versions). You can use it for mentioned purpose as well.
